It's not humble, but I don't know many business consultants or executive coaches who have my breadth of experience. I love to quote the punchline of the popular Farmer's Insurance TV ad: "We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two."
I've been blessed to have worked in many fields as an employee and then as an executive, plus as a business advisor and coach I've worked with many client companies from a wide range of industries and niches. This is a key ingredient in my "recipe." My clients get the benefit of a professional advisor who can see things they've missed, challenge them with tough questions they've either skirted or never considered, and get them out of their comfort zone to make highly impactful decisions that have changed the direction and success of their businesses.
Change is the theme that's interwoven in all my various experiences. That's why my specialty is personal and organizational change.
